Welcome to the Big Easy, the Pelican State, the Crawfish Capital of the world... the Bayou State. Louisiana holds so much strength, history, beauty, and wonder. While Katherine has been to Louisiana multiple times, we're excited to take a trip together to see the amazing architecture in and around New Orleans sometime next year.
 
This print features the outline of the jazzy state of Louisiana along with a major state symbol, the fleur de lis, the crown to symbolize the gold and grandness of Mardi Gras, and music notes to honor all the unique styles of music that come from this state.
 
Fun Fact: Louisiana is the only state in the union that does not have counties. Its political subdivisions are called parishes.
