Our Nation's Capital | Washington DC

Logan grew up taking field trips to DC with his parents. Katherine got to join in on one of these famous field trips and it was definitely the way to see the city. We took 24,000 steps the first day and after four days in the city, we had seen all the major historical landmarks and museums-- two of our favorite things. Logan's favorites are the FDR memorial and the National Portrait Gallery while Katherine's are the Lincoln Memorial and the African American History Museum.

This print features the outline of the US Capital along with cherry blossoms, stars, and abstract monuments.

Fun Fact: 3,000 Cherry Trees were given as gifts in 1912 as a sign of friendship between Japan and America.
